Swedish SIDA is investing Skr725 million in Bangladesh

Swedish International aid Agency, SIDA, is investing Skr725 million over five years on education and better health in Bangladesh.


The money is expected to go to another three million children in the country with it the opportunity to attend school, and to support the development of a better health care for the population.

The initiative is part of a long-term Swedish support to the country. Bangladesh is one of the countries in the world with the highest proportion of people living in poverty.
