Sweden sends more aid to Libya

Swedish international aid agency SIDA is to give another Skr55 million in humanitarian aid to Libya. Skr 25 million goes to the UN following appeal and another Skr30 million goes to the International Red Cross in Libya.

Thus, the total Swedish humanitarian aid to Libya this year stands at Skr129 million.
The new 55 million goes through various organizations for the protection of, and to provide assistance to Libyans and other nationalities in Libya and its border areas.
