Positive signs for the Icelandic economy

Credit rating agency, Fitch raises the outlook for Iceland's credit rating from negative to stable.
This means that the imminent risk of decreased ratings on the Icelandic credit is eliminated. Fitch explains the decision that the Icelandic referendum rejecting the so-called Icesave Agreement was not as dramatic as feared, and that the Icelandic economy is beginning to stabilize, with an estimated growth rate of two percent this year.
