How the adage “idle mind is the devil workshop” plays in reality in Sweden.

Tuesday, 22 March 2011
The 32-year-old father of a toddler had four kilograms of dynamite at home in his apartment in Malmo, southern Sweden. By chance the police fell on it and it looks he had a well working explosive factory in his apartment.

From this and here, he had managed to produce three finished bombs, including one cluster bomb, and its remote control devices. “The bombs are built to do as much damage as possible, " said assistant prosecutor John Larson  according to Swedish television referring to news agency TT.

It was in connection with a house search last December, on suspicion of drug offenses, that the police discovered explosives in the apartment. When questioned, the 32-year-old said that he manufactured the bombs for a mission and has identified a client.
Authorities said that they know that he intended to use them (the bombs) but have no idea of direct target. There is no evidence of a target.

The man is said to have used information obtained from the internet to build the bombs. He has now been indicted.
32-year-old is not known to the police and prosecutors have been able to link him any confirmed links to criminal gangs. He admits the charge of gross violation of the law of producing flammable and explosives but denies serious preparation for the devastation and endangering the public safety.
It is not clear who the client was that was prepare to buy the product and it is also not know if the man is of Muslim extraction.
This what people rejected by the job centre and corporate Sweden can end up doing. How could such skills not be used to foster proper productivity?
