Gloomy New Year's Eve in Sweden

New Year's Eve has been worrying in Sweden. In the district of Rosengard in Malmo a 15-year-old boy was shot with several bullets in the head in the street.
 
The boy was taken to the hospital but reports talk of his life hovering between life and death. Hans-Goran Boklund, public relations officer at Skåne University Hospital in Malmo, told news agency TT that the 15-year-old was taken to intensive care and his condition is life threatening. Hans-Goran Boklund had the information from the responsible physician at 10:15 o'clock reports Swedish television.

Besides, that there were reports of assault and fights breaking up in many places, including Harnosand where youths fought with spring batons, and in Sollefteå where twenty youths started fighting.

New Year's rockets have caused injuries and fires. In Stockholm the Husby Metro station was shut down after youths had thrown rockets at it. A major operation was also launched in Stockholm after a man fell down from the platform at a subway station and ended up trapped in a subway car.
