Norway allows key interest to stay put

The Norwegian central bank allows the policy rate to remain unchanged at 2.25 percent, which is in line with analysts' expectations.

Wednesday's decision came six weeks after the central bank raised its key interest rate by 0.25 percentage points to the current level. Analysts expect another increase in August or September.
