Places such as the UK are seeing reversal in salaries especially in the private sector as the macro economic situation here with a very  inflation and taxes are constricting the economic situation, making the private sectorto chock hard.
But in Sweden, workers are waiting to demand at least an increase in salaries of about Skr700 extra averagely next year, if wage negotiators current being planned to follow the historical pattern proceed.
This is something that has been rumbling around for a while given the gradual growth in the cost of living and the persistent rise in interest rates. Also there have been impressive corporate gains that worker feel that they also need to share in – rightly.

Therefore on average, workers in Sweden are seeking an increase in their salaries and pay requirements of about Skr900 more a month. However, the outcomes of previous wage movement negotiations have landed at about three-quarters of that demanded by unions.
In that light, the projected wage increases next year, could reach around 3.5 percent.
