Swedes are less satisfied with their jobs

Job satisfaction in Sweden is falling like never before and this seems to be the price to pay for the economic boom the country is experiencing.

Although they have to work in order to feed their enormous household debt, shifting a less satisfying career to a more satisfying one is hard because they are afraid to loos job guarantee.

On the whole Swede will do with a continued deteriorating working condition and continuous hatred for their jobs. One proof for this is that many feel that their skills are not utilized as such cannot perform their duties well. They also hold that they have insufficient training to match the need in the role where their qualifications and skills are not directed to, according to a new study from the Swedish Quality Index.

Least satisfied are those who work with financial services, business services, education and trade. Satisfied are employed in the construction industry. A total of 4000 Swedes, rated their workplaces in that survey.
