Sweden continues to enjoy higher trade surplus

Swedish foreign trade resulted in a May surplus of Skr5.7 billion, according to figures from Statistics Sweden (SCB).

In the same month last year, net trade surplus amounted to Skr1.5 billion.
The value of exports amounted to Skr107.0 billion in May and imports to Skr101.3 billion. Exports have increased in value by 17 percent and imports have increased by 13 percent compared to May last year.
