Nordea’s pension funds emerged the best among others

Tuesday, 21 February 2012
Last year, the average return to customers of pension fund, especially the so-called traditional management pension fund portfolio was just 2.2 percent.

But not with Nordea’s portfolios. The Nordea Life & Pensions portfolio which is just like the traditional funds went against the trend (downwards) and grew by a full 16.1 percent in return, thanks to its large bond holdings, according to Swedish business daily, Dagens Industri.

The second best managed was the SPP with 8.6 percent in return for clients with defined benefit pension.
Alecta accounted for the bottom performance with a minus 2.1 percent.
