Growing discontent among Swedish consumers and customers

Swedish consumers were less satisfied in their relationship with their companies, organizations and government agencies in 2011 than in 2010, according to the Swedish Quality Index.


This will interrupt a "Satisfaction trend" that pointed upwards since the 90s.
High grades, among other were given to banks and pharmacies, while electricity and personal transportation systems fell below expectation. Complaints handling organisations also had very poor ratings.

In the dental and medical care sector, private actors fared with better grades than the public sector. The difference has increased to the private sector’s advantage.
