Of the refugees who come to Sweden, those who ended up in Stockholm have it easier to get to get a job unlike those who ended up in other parts of the country

A study commissioned by the County Board (l´┐Żnsstyrelsen) shows that 54 percent of the refugees who came to Stockholm could have a job after nine years in the country, against 44 percent in the rest of the country.

But less than 20 percent with higher education have an occupation that matches their level of education. One bright spot is that income gained from working is the most common source of income for them.
