Swedish People’s Party want Chinese to taught in Swedish primary schools

Liberals or the Swedish People’s party want Sweden to be the first country in Europe to introduce Chinese from primary, secondary and higher schools of taught.


“The Chinese language will be much more important economically than the French and Spanish, says party leader who is also the Education Minister, Jan Bj´┐Żrklund the Swedish business daily, Dagens Industri.
He expects that it will take ten years for primary schools and fifteen years for high schools to recruit enough teachers.
