Sweden second best in IT country in the world

Almost every other person in the rich world is now carrying Internet in their pocket. In the developing world people there are only every other 20 who have mobile broadband, though that number is growing at a furious pace according to the annual report from the UN agency ITU.

In 2009 there were 531 million mobile broadband accounts in the world, last year the figure had risen to 872 million.
South Korea tops ITU index of countries with the most advanced development in IT, but thereafter it is purely the Nordic countries: Sweden is second, followed by Iceland, Denmark and Finland in terms of IT efficieny.
