Copenhagen University tops Scandinavian Universities as the leader of the best world Universities

Latest classification of best world universities has been released and the Danish Universities lead the top 100 universities Swedish universities come slowly behind.

Copenhagen University in Denmark scored more points than most other leading Scandinavian universities as the QS World University Rankings of 2011/2012, claimed to be among the most trusted world university rankings available, used various criterion to place the School at number 52 out of 100 top universities of the world.


The ranking which include components such as university fee information, employment, and international diversity of students, among others, show that Copenhagen University was a true academic leader in the Scandinavia. This was followed by Aarhus university of Denmark (79) and Uppsala Sweden (83), and Lund (86) of Sweden as the top 100 schools of the world.

Beyond 100 classification zone, came others such as: University of Oslo in Norway at number 108, technical university of Denmark at number 150, Stockholm University, Sweden at 178, KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden 180, Gothenburg University, Sweden -184, Charlmers Sweden, 202 among others.
The best university of the world went to Cambridge in the UK followed by Harvard in the USA.
