Vattenfall near Finnish – EUR billion deal

Swedish state own energy giant, Vattenfall, is about to sell its electricity and heat distribution networks in Finland.

Various media sources report that the sale could raise over EUR1 billion, equivalent to around Skr10 billion.

Vattenfall's financial advisor, Deutsche Bank and Danske Bank, have already sent the business proposed to interested buyers, including the Wallenberg Empir,  investment company EQT, according to Reuters sources.

Vattenfalls itself do not want to comment on the information.
