Most Swedish companies that are just too bad in responding to emails from their customers have been identified. Though the poor state of many Swedish company’s attitude towards their customers have been written about in the past, it has been very generic.

Among the companies that don’t very much mine about the feeling of their customers is rail monopoly SJ, the Liberal Party (The People’s party) and Skandia according to a survey carried out by a newspaper PC for All.
The paper reporters claimed to be a regular customer and mailed a simple question to 100 companies, government agencies and organizations.
Most responded quickly - two thirds of the emails were answered the same day. But there are also those who don’t give a damn. Eight of the 100 did not respond at all.
