Swedish security giant, Securitas extends its offer for the industry colleague Niscayah until 12 August.
The reason is that anti-trust approval from the European Commission is expected around August 4 and Securitas interim report will be presented on August 5, according to a press release issued by Securitas.

On Monday the American Stanley Black & Decker presented a bid for Niscayah that trumps what the Securitas proposed.
