Danish airline Cimber Sterling bought over by Ukrainian business consortium

The Danish airline Cimber Sterling has been bought by investment company Mansvell, led by Ukrainian Igor Kolomojskij.


The parties (the airliner and the investors) have concluded an agreement on the new capital that should be added. Mansvell according to the agreement will purchase 110.5 million shares in the company at a total cost of about Dkr165 million.
This means that Mansvell become the majority owner with a shareholding of approximately 70 percent.
