Saab subsidiary buys Sörman information

The subsidiary of the Swedish Defence company, Saab, Saab Combitech  is buying a consultancy firm Sörman Information.

The sellers are both Saab, which owns 25 percent of the shares in the company and Saab's major shareholder, Investor AB, which indirectly owns 39 percent of the shares.

Sörman Information delivers services and solutions in qualified technical information management, has approximately 180 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 160 million, according to a press release from Saab.
