Saab restarts production with increased dexterity and strong hope

Shortly after 10.30 am Spyker announced via a press release that production of Saab Automobile in Trollh�ttan is running. "A great day for the company," according to President Victor Muller.

About one hundred cars are scheduled to be manufactured on Friday, the first day of production for seven weeks in the factory in Trollhattan.
"This is a great day for the company and it's great to see the factory going again, "said Victor Muller,  Spyker boss according to a press release when the first cars rolled off the production line.

In its order books are currently 8100 cars ordered from different parts of the world, of which nearly 1300 from Pang Da Automobile in China says the press release. Then there is also 1600 orders for Saab SUV 9-4X manufactured in GM's plant in Mexico.
