After having barely received any car delivered for them to sell since April, the Swedish Saab dealers are about to give up.

"Many of them will come within one to two weeks to decide to phase out their Saab operations and invest in other brands. They have their own businesses in mind, "said Peter Hallberg, CEO of Saab dealer association to Swedish business daily Dagens industri.

And time is about to run out of CEO Victor Muller, who, according to the paper is now negotiating with several parties about new funding of nearly Skr1 billion.
"Saab is in fact already insolvent and bankruptcy risk is huge stack, "said Svenke Berglie, president of Automotive Suppliers.
"If Saab does not receive new money over the next week it will probably run out of course, "said another source to the paper.
