Saab automobile parent company, Spyker changes name to swedish automobile

Saab Automobile’s parent company, Spyker Cars changes its name to Swedish Automobile in June 15, according to a press release.


The decision on the name change was taken by the General Meeting May 19. The company is listed on Euronext in Amsterdam. The decision to change its name linked with that Spyker sports car business is about to be sold to the British CPP, a company controlled by Vladimir Antonov.
