Saab announces partnership with Chinese motor company- press conference schedule

Saab has signed an agreement with the Chinese company, Hawtai Motor Group though the content of the agreement remains unclear, but in a press release from Saab, it describes it as an "exciting strategic partnership".
 
More details will be revealed during a press conference in Beijing on Tuesday.
The press conference will be held at 14:30 on Tuesday in Beijing - 8:30 pm Swedish time.

Saab Autombile Chairman Victor Muller and Richard Zang, Vice President of Hawtai Motor Group, will be in place to present the core tenet of their new agreement.
Victor Muller, Spyker's CEO, and Saab's chairman, would not provide any more details about the settlement.
"It feels really good, "he said and that "It is very important. You may see, I will answer all questions in the morning," he says.
"We are pleased to announce a press conference but I would wait until we know more, "said Anette Hellgren, shop steward for the Union members at Saab Automobile in Trollhattan, near Gothenburg in Sweden.

"We know that it was negotiated and in China and that there was something going on, but I find it difficult to comment further, "she says.

Hakan Sk�tt, president of the Metal Club at Saab in Trollhattan, would not comment on the agreement until he has heard what is said at the press conference in Beijing on Tuesday.
He says he as a union steward would have been partially informed of the deal in China.

"I know something but I want more details before I speak.”
"We can not give any comments on the agreement. It will have to wait for a press conference on Tuesday morning, "says Gunilla Gustavs, communications officer at Saab Automobile.

According to Gustav  Hawtai Motor Group has ambition to become a world leading car manufacturers.

They produce SUV, passenger cars, engines and buses. The company was formed in 2000 with headquarters in Beijing and its production at factories in the interior of China.
