Recruitment agencies enjoying a buoyant market in Sweden at the moment

Recruitment agencies in Sweden have seen their sales climbed by 40 percent in the first quarter of 2011 compared to same period last year.

The industry had sales of SEK 4.9 billion, according to recent figures the business daily Dagens Industri has learned from the organisation that looks after the Recruitment companies.
Best places of performances of the recruitment agencies have been in western Sweden, where sales grew by 75 percent.
“It is the industries that pulls in the Westerns Sweden, "said Henrik B�ckstr�m, Almega Federal Director of Staffing Companies, to Dagens Industri.

Western Sweden in the zone that have more heavy industries in the country and the engineering sector recovered faster after the financial crisis. Those companies here needed to rapidly increase their work force. With the shortages of key skills, employment agencies are forced to increase their fees and various commissions
