Nokia pushed Ixonos to carry out redundancy
Tuesday, 03 January 2012
The Finnish IT company Ixonos plans to cut staff by up to 150 people due to reduced demand from major customer Nokia.

Mobile giant has decided to switch to Microsoft's operating systems with its latest Windows Phone and thus abandoned the platform, Symbian and MeeGo, which Ixonos has worked with.
The plans for cutbacks include the entire Finnish workforce of around 640 people.
