Saab's CEO, Victor Muller, told Reuters that he rejected an offer from the Chinese companies Youngman and Pang Da to buy the entire Saab Automobile. He would not disclose the size of the bid.

Victor Muller thus sought help from the U.S. to assist in preventing the Chinese Youngman and Pang Da from taking over Saab. But the administrator, Guy Lofalk, turned his eyes towards China for a rescue for Saab.

Saab's main owner and CEO Victor Muller told Reuters that he rejected an offer from the Chinese companies Youngman and Pang Da to buy the entire Saab Automobile. He would not disclose the size of their offer, according to Reuters.

"The offer was unacceptable because it would have triggered any possible change of power clause, and it could have spelt the end for Saab, "said Muller.

Muller told Reuters that the two Chinese car companies should stick to the agreement signed in July to receive 53.9 percent of Saab. When asked what would happen if Youngman and Pang Da withdraw from the deal responds Muller that "There is always a plan B". Which it is will be revealed only if it has to be implemented.
