Majority of healthcare companies operating in Sweden reports profits

Evidence that healthcare is a lucrative business is seen in Sweden where most Swedish health care company have shown profitability

As many as 78 percent of these companies have generates a surplus after current expenses have been paid, according to a recent survey of 451 healthcare provider in which the industries association Vårdföretagarna carried out.

Even the Swedish business daily, Dagens Industri reports that a majority, 74 percent of companies report that profits are reinvested in whole or in part in the company, while 29 percent say they intend to give dividends.
