The number of real dealers who have been warned for mal practises in Sweden has increased.
Last year, 87 real estate brokers were warned against 59 the year before, new figures from the real estate Agents, according to reports
AdvertisementNot so many have been warned as such before. Previous record year was 2008 when 72 were warned.
The reasons for this warning vary, but this year most have been warned because 24 brokers to have used the cap rates in setting mortgages with the vast majority of them are active in Stockholm.
There are over 6800 registered brokers in the country.
