All potential buyers of the Saab's bankruptcy had relied on green light from GM given that it owns the licence of some components of the complete model range. Despietr all the waits, prayers and even meditation the Chinese way, such a thing will not come, writes Svenska Dagbladet.

GM is reported to have vehemently refused to release the licenses for models 9-5 and SUV 9-4X. It is not in the interests of GM stakeholders to share those technologies, the production line manager is reportedly told Svenska Dagbladet.

According to the newspaper, there it is an opening for one of the Chinese interested in Saab automobile, Chinese Youngman to take the production models 9-3 in Trollhattan and can pick up components such as gearbox and some engine parts from other vendors.

We reported yesterday that Youngman was planning to submit a super bid for Saab to the tone of Skr5 billion and to invest an additional Skr5 billion in the Phoenix platform.
