All Danish banks have passed the EU's stress test. Both the Danske Bank, Jyske Bank, Sydbank, Nykredit Bank and Nordea can withstand financial stress test scenarios according to reports.

The stress test was not considered to be tough enough. Danish own stress test is said to be tougher than what the EU financial body did.
“There was never any doubt that we would handle it well, for our own stress tests are much harder, says Henrik Ramlau-Hansen, CFO of Danske Bank. He hopes that the test results will provide reassurance about the Scandinavian banks.
