Finnair finally flies on biofuel

The airline Finnair will flies in the evening on its first flight with biofuel. The flight will go from Amsterdam to Helsinki and is also the longest commercial flight so far on biofuel.


The aircraft in use is the Airbus A319. Biofuel is made from recycled cooking oil from restaurants and it was developed by the company SkyNRG.
