Defence group Saab purchase U.S. air Solution Company

Swedish defence Group, Saab acquires the U.S. Company Sensis Corporation, which provides solutions for air traffic control and monitoring technology.

Saab will pay approximately $155 million, about Skr 1billion, plus a possible additional payment of up to $40 million.

Sensis has approximately 600 employees and annual sales of around 845 million US dollars. The acquisition is expected to have a negative impact on profits this year, according to Saab.
