Danish bank, Danske Bank cancels attempt to reach a settlement with the Danish state on the early payment of the support loan the bank had in 2009, a total of Skr24 billion Danish kroner, writes the bank in a stock exchange release.

The news had no effect on the Danske Bank shares. The five-year support loan consists of so-called hybrid capital.
In talks with the government, the Bank has been informed that hybrid capital should not be converted, in whole or in part, to the capital.
