Customers’ satisfaction in Swedish banking rests with the smaller banks not the big ones

Small Swedish banks give their customers the best satisfaction over the bigger ones. The big banks have once more displayed that theta they have the money and the resources but do not like to make their customers happy.

I new survey conducted by the organisation SKI examined customer satisfaction with their banks show that SEB and Nordea are the worse when it comes to giving their customers valuable services.

SKI, the Swedish Quality Index, has in its annual survey of banks shown how satisfied customers are with their banks. Satisfaction is measured using a scale of 1 to 100.
The measurement shows that the smaller banks have the most number of satisfied customers in the private market thank the big banks.

Länsförsäkringar Bank tops the list with a satisfaction rating of 80.1. Then ICA Bank was about four points and stood  in second place at 79.4, followed by Handelsbanken in 77.8.

The top rated losers are SEB, which with its 69.5 which may be the worst result of the surveyed banks, including private clients. Skandia bank slopped 2.7 points but has continued high level of trust with customer satisfaction ratings on 75.4.

Asking business customers, last year, the bank with the best services to them as a customer, satisfaction rating of 74.2 was granted to the saving banks with Handelsbanken alone collecting 73.3 percent, which is the best ratings. Worst rating went to giant bank Nordea with a proud 65.3 percent point.
Handelsbanken came on top all the big banks as the best in residential customers and even for businesses. Nordea and SEB prove one more that they are very poor in doing business with.
