The number of corporate bankruptcies in Sweden fell sharply in April for the second consecutive month. During the month there were 462 companies that went bust, a decrease of 7 percent compared with April 2010.
This is based on figures from credit information company UC that collects, keeps and publicise such data.
UC adds that "This is particularly gratifying when we have a record number of companies operating in the market, and also a high proportion of new businesses, "said UC's marketing director Roland Sigbladh in a statement.
